If your card is lost, stolen, you can easily freeze it from the Card section in the app. Freezing your card is immediate, and any future payments will be declined. You have the flexibility to unfreeze your card in the app whenever you need to.
If you can't access the app, you can also request to freeze your card by submitting a Freeze Your Card form or by calling +49 30 837 94955. Please note that if you choose to call, we'll send a form via SMS to facilitate the card freezing process for you.
To manage the security settings for your physical card, tap Settings & Security in the Card section in the App. You can activate and deactivate payment options like online transactions, ATMs, or contactless payments at any time. This way, you have full control of your card and can protect yourself against unauthorised transactions.
