Your card will be shipped within a day after placing your order and it should be with you in a few days.
If your card hasn’t arrived after 10 days, please reach out via the chat in-app and we’ll help you with the next steps. We also recommend you first check with a neighbour or members of your household in case they picked up the mail for you.
How can I change my delivery address?
Your card can be delivered to any address within the same country as your registered address.
However, once you have ordered your card, it is usually not possible to change your delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to redirect the card if it hasn’t been shipped already. If your card is already on the way, it’s not possible to change your delivery address.
For a successful delivery:
- Your address must be a residential address.
- Your name must be on the mailbox. If a different name is on the mailbox, please add it to the ”Add delivery notes”' in your Trade Republic app.
- If applicable, add your building number, floor number and door code to the delivery notes in your Trade Republic app.
- If you are moving soon please consider that delivery can take up to 10 days.
