If you find a transaction you do not recognise in your app, please take the following steps before contacting us:
Freeze your card from the Card section in the app. This will prevent anyone from using your card in case the payment was fraudulent.
Check the payment details such as the merchant, amount and the time. In some cases, In merchants may provide a different name than the actual brand name. So keep in mind that the reported name of a payment may differ from the one you are familiar with. Some online merchants will only charge your card when they dispatch your order so make sure to check for orders you may have forgotten about. The automatic renewal of subscriptions or the initiation of charges after a free trial period can also lead to unexpected transactions.
