Please restart the identification via your mobile phone and make sure that
- the location in your country of residence is activated
- the latest version of the Trade Republic app is installed
- Try both WiFi and 4G as well as your internet connection
- Uninstall and reinstall the Trade Republic app.
If you still have problems with the video identification, you can easily identify yourself with the MyWebID app.
Simply download the app from the Play Store or App Store and have your Trade Republic transaction number ready. You can see this at the beginning of the identification video in the Trade Republic app. Once you are done, open the Trade Republic app again and finalise your account opening.
Please note that this solution is only applicable in case of video identification.
The photo identification with our partner Fourthline, can only be done with the Trade Republic Mobile or Web App.
