- your name and surname;
- what the issue is and when the problem arose;
- your suggestions on how you'd like us to resolve your problem.
Once we get your complaint, we’ll send you an email to confirm the receipt. We'll look into the issue and try to respond quickly, usually within a few days. In some cases, it might take up to 15 business days. To help us process it faster, please include all important details and documents.
