When a transaction is declined, you will be notified in the app. There may be several reasons why a transaction is declined, for example you did not have enough money in your account, you entered your PIN code incorrectly or your card is frozen.
On some occasions, a payment might fail due to issues with the payment terminal, preventing the transaction from reaching us. In such cases, consider alternative payment methods, such as using your card with a PIN, or your phone, or ask the merchant if you can try another terminal.
In any case, we will let you know by sending you a push notification and, where possible, with the steps to follow so that you can try to make the payment again successfully.
