Please note that the mobile phone number serves as the 'username' when you log in. If you simply enter a new number, your account with the previous number won’t be recognized and a new registration with the new number will be started instead.
You can then easily change your number in the following way.
**If you are trying from the same device you normally use:
**
- Delete the app and reinstall it afterwards.
- Log in with your cell phone number
- Click on "Forgot PIN?"
- Click "Yes" to confirm the PIN reset
- Check your email for a PIN reset confirmation link
- Add the last four digits of the document number you used during the registration
- Create a new PIN and confirm it
- You will be prompted to update your phone number; if you wish to update it, click "Yes"
- Enter your new phone number
- Verify the new phone number with the SMS TAN received and log in
**If you want or need to pair a new device too:

- Delete the app and reinstall it afterwards.
- Log in with your cell phone number
- Click on Forgot PIN?
- Click Yes
- You will be prompted to verify your identity. Please have your ID document to hand
- Create and confirm your new PIN
- You'll be asked if you want to update your phone number too; click yes. Verify the new phone number with the SMS TAN received and log in
