The total value of the securities you wish to buy must not exceed the balance on your cash account. Pending buy limit orders will block your balance in respect of the expected execution value.
You can view your balance by going to Cash. If you want to increase your balance, you can do this in 3 ways:
- Deposit money into your cash account: To arrange this, simply make a transfer from your bank to the VIBAN of your cash account. An incoming transfer is usually credited on the following bank business day.
- Sell securities: If you’ve already invested money in securities, you may increase your balance by selling securities. Proceeds from a sale will be available to buy new securities immediately after execution.
- Delete existing buy orders: Alternatively, you also have the option to delete existing buy orders so that the new total value of the buy orders matches the balance of your cash account.
