How can I get a card?

  1. From Wealth or Cash, go to Card in the top right corner.
  2. Select your card type:
    -Virtual Card - Free
    -Classic Card - 5 EUR
    -Mirror Card - 50 EUR
    If you choose the Virtual Card, you don’t need a PIN or delivery information.
  3. Set and confirm your card PIN.
  4. Confirm or edit your shipping address, your name, and add any delivery notes (optional) that could help make your delivery successful, for example C/O instructions. Then tap Next.
  5. Review your card and delivery order details to make sure everything is correct. You can always go back and edit your information.
  6. By agreeing to the customer agreement and the T&Cs for the card and by tapping Order, you finalise your card order. Once accepted, you’ll find those documents in Legal Documents for your reference.

As soon as you’ve proceeded to the order, you can use your card straight away for online purchases as your card details will be available immediately in the app: go to Card, then under Actions tap Show details.
