You can send SEPA transfers to anyone using their IBAN when current account features have been activated.
Sending a transfer to a new recipient:
- Tap on Transfer in the bottom right
- Tap on Send
- Tap Add new bank recipient
- Enter the recipient's name and IBAN and tap on Next
- Enter the amount and tap on Next
- You’ll now see an overview of the transfer details and you can enter a reference in the field Add Reference
- To send the transfer straight away tap on Send
- Authorise the transfer by entering your PIN, or using your fingerprint or Face ID.
The transfer will be received in the recipient’s account in 1-2 business days, provided it could not be processed as SEPA instant transfer.
The transfer confirmation document can be retrieved from tapping on the transfer from your transaction list located in the Cash tab.
Once you have confirmed an outgoing transfer and it has been sent from your account, there is no possibility to amend or cancel the transfer.
Outgoing transfer limits
You can view your outgoing transfer limits within the app on the transfer amount confirmation screen. There are no transfer limits when sending funds to your own account.
