Yes, you can continue the registration process at any time. If the registration is cancelled for any reason, you can easily log in again and continue with the registration from the last section.
For video identification: During the video identification process, we will connect you with a personal contact person. Please make sure that you have a stable internet connection, otherwise the call will be terminated. In this case, download the WebID app and carry out the video identification again, stating the transaction number. You can find the WebID app here:
Note time-out: For security reasons, we will automatically log you out of the app if you are inactive for a certain period of time during the account opening process. You can log in again with the PIN you set yourself.
