To be eligible to receive a gift they must have an active Trade Republic account or must be eligible to open an account with Trade Republic.
In case you have chosen to schedule the delivery of the gift on a future date, the recipient will receive an email on the date of delivery with instructions to accept their gift.
If the recipient has not received any email on the date of delivery,
- Click on View your gift button in your confirmation email
- View and print your gift-voucher or export as pdf and share it with the recipient
If the recipient has claimed the gift but they cannot see it in the app, please ask them to update their app to the latest version available and try again.
