Please note that once your account is closed, this status cannot be reversed and you will no longer be able to use your Trade Republic Bank GmbH account.
To close your account:
- First you need to empty your account: transfer your cash and securities to another account.
- Once it's empty, tap on your avatar at the top of the screen in the Wealth or Cash tabs.
- Scroll down to Help and tap Profile, then Close Account (available only the mobile version).
- Read the conditions to close your account. If you agree with the terms, proceed to the Chat.
- Confirm the closure in the Chat.
- Once done, the account closure will be scheduled for the last day of the following month.
If account closure through the app is not possible, you can contact us under this e-mail to request your account to be closed.
