In this case, we’d ask you to transfer at least 0.01 EUR from the new reference account to your cash account. This way we can ensure that you’re the holder of the new reference account. Transfers via Apple and Google pay, or from credit cards will not update your reference account.
You can find the correct IBAN for your transfer in the app: from Wealth or Cash, tap your avatar in the top of the screen > under Cash Account you'll find your IBAN and BIC. Please enter your full name as the reference for the payment.
Please also contact us and we’ll update your reference account as soon as the transfer has been received.
