After signing up for an account with us, you’ll need to verify your phone number. To do this, we’ll send you a code via SMS to the mobile phone number you provided during registration. Once you input this code, you can move on to the next step.
If you haven’t received your code via SMS:
- Check your mobile phone reception. Depending on your mobile provider and network, the delivery of the SMS may take a few minutes.
- Make sure that you’ve entered the correct mobile phone number. You can always use the < arrow to go back and change it.
If you’re still experiencing issues or you input the wrong code, you can request a new code by tapping Resend code.
To prevent misuse, we limit the number of link codes that can be sent to a mobile phone number. If the maximum number of attempts is reached, a timer will appear and a countdown will begin automatically before another attempt can be made.
